March of Dimes Walk For Babies in East Meadow

This weekend, there will be a March of Dimes Walk For Babies at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow.

The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

The walk will start at 9 AM, Sunday, April 27, at Eisenhower Park Field 6A. Check-in will be an hour earlier at 8 AM.

Former New York Islander Right Winger, Mike Bossy, the Long Island Celebrity March for Babies 2008 Chairman and over 2,500 Long Islanders will march on Sunday.
