Yesterday, July 8, the NYS DMV Commissioner and Chair of the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee David J. Swarts announced that the seat belt usage in New York State has reached an all-time high.

The New York Governor’s Office has announced that Governor David A. Paterson was diagnosed with acute glaucoma in his left eye. This morning, the Governor  experienced migraine like symptoms and was brought to Mount Sinai Medical Center for an evaluation.
