NY AG: CVS & Rite Aid Selling Expired Products

Cuomo has announced that his office is taking legal action against CVS and Rite Aid pharmacies after a statewide investigation into retail drug stores found the companies sold expired products - including milk, eggs, medicines and baby formula - at stores across New York.

51 Weekend DWI Arrests; Bellmore, Merrick & Levittown Residents

For the third week in a row, Nassau County Executive Thomas Suozzi and Police Commissioner Lawrence Mulvey have publicly announced DWI arrests in the County. Over the weekend, 51 drivers were arrested; 3 are residents of Bellmore, Merrick and Levittown.
