On Tuesday, June 17, the New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli announced the opening of a new website, Open Book New York, a easy-to-use Web site providing the public access to how state government is spending your tax dollars.

NY AG: CVS & Rite Aid Selling Expired Products

Today, June 12, New York State Attorney General Andrew M. Cuomo has announced that his office is taking legal action against CVS and Rite Aid pharmacies after a statewide investigation into retail drug stores found the companies sold expired products - including milk, eggs, medicines and baby formula - at stores across New York.
